Carla works closely with the Bixal Team, an unparalleled group of strategists, designers, and technologists, to help Bixal’s agency partners build human-centered experiences that reach communities, transform organizations, and improve lives.

Carla has an M.A. in International Policy Studies & Advanced Spanish from the Monterey Institute of International studies, a B.A. in Political Science & International Relations from Cal State Long Beach & a Certificate in Business Programming from the Chubb Institute.
