Jean Rogers, M.S.Ed.

Director, Children's Screen Time Action Network

Jean Rogers is Director of the Children’s Screen Time Action Network, a parent educator, speaker and author. In her role leading the Action Network, Jean creates an environment of collaboration among practitioners, educators, social workers, and childcare providers regarding healthy child development and screen time. She is the host of Action Network Live!, an online interview series with experts, which highlights screen time issues such as play impact, obesity, social-emotional development, behavior, and character development. She earned her M.S.Ed. and Certificate in Parenting Education at Wheelock College. She consults with schools to form Technology and Media Committees, implementing Strengths-based Family Engagement concepts to the topic. Jean is author of the parenting text, Kids Under Fire, on family media management and empowering children to make healthy screen choices.
