Diana is a Design Research Practice Lead at IBM where she is responsible for growing the research community, building best practices, and streamlining processes. Before joining IBM, Diana was a Senior UX Researcher consulting with Fortune 500 companies in financial services, media, entertainment, and healthcare. Outside of work, she mentors and coaches students and professionals interested in research.
