Craig Spencer is a UX leader at Google where he manages a research team responsible for building products for SMB’s globally. Previously Craig led research on Google Play in London, and before joining Google worked for Tesco, The Guardian & Betfair working to develop research & product strategy. Craig is interested in how effective cross functional collaborations can result in better user centred products and the tools and techniques it takes to achieve this. He is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
